Total Rewards Manager-Global - Plano, TX
Diodes Incorporated (Diodes) is seeking a Total Rewards Manager join our Plano, TX team. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for leading the global compensation/benefit strategies and related annual processes, partnering closely with the Head of Global Human Resources and Regional HR Directors/HRBPs to develop equitable pay structures that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of innovative compensation design principles and practices in the following areas: equity-based compensation, executive compensation, technical ladders, and bonus/sales incentive compensation plans also desired.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advisor and counsel to the Head of Global Human Resources
- Collaborate with global HR leaders and senior leadership to design and administer compensation/pay structures, incentive programs: including bonuses, commissions, and equity-based compensation to drive performance and retention
- Lead key initiatives such as annual merit and bonus programs, harmonize job grades/levels, creating position specific pay ranges, and evaluate the use of tech ladders and career ladders in partnership with business and HR leaders to ensure consistency and internal/external equity
- Develop and maintain global pay structure development based on dynamic landscape survey, knowledge of regional practices, and company challenges in those markets
- Analyze market trends and survey data to ensure compensation strategy is aligned with company goals and objectives and to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Drive the development, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to, pension schemes, health and welfare, and 401(k)
- Evaluate vendor and third-party administration relationships, including quality delivery, compliance with processes, requirements, and service expectations
- Ensures organization’s compensation practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective communications strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of total rewards
- Helps assess and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline HR processes and use of resources and materials
- Monitors external trends and recommend changes as appropriate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s in business, human resources, or a related field with a preference towards candidates with a master’s degree and/or certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Total Rewards Professional (CTRP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
- At least 7-12 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management in global organizations supporting HR teams
- Strategic thinking and global mindset
- Strong leadership skills, analytical, project management skills, problem-solving, and influencing skills
- Experience implementing/upgrading HR/HCM Systems
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically performing analyses and modeling with large data sets
- Familiarity with AON/Radford a plus
- Prior experience as a HR Business Partner/Generalist also a plus
